The apartment was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and close to various shops and restaurants. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
On Christmas Day, there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers. the bed was uncomfortable and gave me a backache.
